Booking the incorrect appointment duration may lead to frustration on the day, unnecessary expense and delay in treatment. If unsure, please call reception for guidance.
Health Fund Rebates – As of 1st July 2025 the Australian Government reinstated the private health insurance rebate for naturopathic services. Please check with your insurer for further information.
If you are a new client or returning to the clinic for a new chronic condition, or have not seen a practitioner for over 12 months, then please book a one hour consult.
Online consults are available for all homeopathic sessions, follow-up naturopathic consults, or in acute illness where there is a significant infection risk. If booking online, please confirm this with reception.
Acute sessions are available at short notice. These can only be booked by calling reception or, if outside business hours, by putting in a web-based online enquiry.
